The Flying Dutchman of Camiguin

This morning, when the Super Shuttle Ferry sailed from Camiguin to Bohol, the sight was spectacular. The sea near our shore showed small waves, but outside the water was fla as a mirror.
The color of sea and sky were very similar. So, one could get the impression as if the Super Shuttle Ferry flew over the fishermen's boats.

Two more roads again open to Baguio City
Baguio City’s isolation caused by landslides and lowland floods is expected to ease with the partial reopening Tuesday of two more major roads leading there.

This will allow the delivery of limited supplies of food, fuel, and so needed relief goods.

Last weekend was the first time all roads to the tourist resort city were closed since the 1990 earthquake.

Parma (Pepeng): the freaky storm has left the Philippines
Parma (Pepeng) has left the Philippines.

Dry and sunny weather helps people in the north of Luzon to find back to their normal life.

International help is arriving. We learned that little Switzerland alone has collected over 6 millions of CHF (at this moment equal to the same amount in USD) for the people in Asia touched by earthquakes in Samoa and Indonesia and floods in the Philippines and Vietnam.

Fortunately the Pinoy's soul is optimist.
There is a lot of work waiting - do it - now!
