Timetables in the Philippines do exist, but never believe them. The best source of information are the websites of the carriers. Make sure that you have enough time left, sometimes check-in and security controls may take very very long.
Usually you arrive in the Philippines in Manila or in Cebu-City. From both places there are several daily connections to Iloilo, Kalibo, Roxas and Caticlan. Some ferries sail to Dumagui port south of Kalibo.
