The Silent Garden Resort

This is probably the smallest resort in the Philippines. Its guesthouse accommodates only 2 guests (a maximum number of 4 guests is possible). The Silent Garden resort is located in Dumatad, barangay of Tangalan , Province of Aklan, which is north of the Visayan Islands in the Philippines.
This resort is an ecological paradise with hundreds of different birds and flowers in its 7104m2 park. This is nearly as many square meters as the number of Islands in the Philippines (7107).

The beach of the Silent Garden Resort is one of the cleanest in the Philippines. A peninsula keeps off the streams from the open sea. There are nearly no debris swept ashore. On the other hand the resort's crew together with he people of the barangay clean the beach. At this 8 km long beach you will not meet other tourists, except at the far end near the Jawili Blue Starfish Resort

The guesthouse has its own private garden-cottage. Enjoy a candle-light dinner for two in this beautiful place. The cuisine is one of the best in the Philippines. Listen to the bird's voices, admire the sparkling stars in the dark sky or have a chat with the owners.

The Silent Garden resort is a fine place to discover the Philippines. Get out of the beach-side gate and discover the life of the natives. There is a sari-sari. that sells little bits of everything. You can have a drink together with the fishermen or taste their local food.
