The City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office has issued a CODE RED STATUS as of 1:58pm today as heavy rains continue to pour into the city.
A CODE RED WARNING means there will be forced evacuation especially to residents along riverbanks, seashores and landslide-prone areas including residents living 30 meters from the riverbanks and 50 meters from the seashores.
