Camiguin dives – freedives

Camiguin dives – freedives with Herbert Nitsch. The Deepest Man on Earth (253.2 m / 830.8 ft) and the only freediver with 33 World Records in all freediving disciplines.

For several years now, Camiguin becomes a freediver paradise during lenten season and the virus is spreading! This year Herbert Nitsch stays at the Camiguin Volcan Beach Eco Retreat & Dive Resort in Naasag. All the local divers are excited and leave their pressure tanks on shore to experience the thrill of freediving.

When it comes to freediving, I always remember Luc Besson’s movie “Le Grand Bleu” – “The Big Blue”. Thanks to my daughter Diane who brought me the DVD with this wonderful movie to Camiguin.
