Depression developing behind Super Typhoon USAGI / Odette

Super Typhoon USAGI / Odette + WTPN21

Behind Category 5 Super Typhoon USAGI / Odette a new Tropical Depression is developing in the vicinity of Guam.  US Navy writes that this depression has the potential to become a SIGNIFICANT TROPICAL CYCLONE. US Navy also writes that available data does not yet justify the issuance of a tropical cyclone warning. Wind speeds nearby are 18 to 23 knots (33 to 42 km/h).
