The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) published today a 0-0-0 forecast for Mindanao’s electricity status.
0 production, 0 consumption, 0 difference. That’s the perfect way to keep people quiet.
To be honest, I have to say that yesterday and today we did not experience any brown-out.
