Tropical Depression “CRISING” – update 8:00 p.m.
The Tropical Depression “CRISING” is still moving northwest at 22 km/h. Now also the Central Visayas are getting rain and Palawan risks heavy rains tonight and tomorrow morning.
The situation in Mindanao has calmed down. There are still flooded roads and landslides. So be careful when traveling tonight. There might be trees and soil obstructing your road.
