Big success for the Camiguin Action Geckos
The biggest newspaper in Switzerland, the “Tages Anzeiger” in Zurich, published a large article with photos about the successful rebirth of the Camiguin Action Geckos:
29-year-old Michele Hess from Dürrenroth in Switzerland has brought back into shape an ailing hotel on the Philippine island of Camiguin and made it a jewel of the island. Hess says that her “exit” from her former business in a radio station is only temporary.
Here is the full article (in German language):
It’s a hard job to manage a beach resort. The days are long, very long. You have to be everywhere at any time. You have to manage your staff, you have to advice guests and still keep smiling.
But there are also fine moments. The photo above shows one of those moments. When the Geckos sail to Mantigue Island for a dive trip, there is also time for Uli and Michèle to have a few minutes off and relax, watching the stunning scenery of Camiguin Island.
We are very happy about the success of the Camiguin Action Geckos and wish our neighbors good continuation.
