By Saturday, the low pressure area is expected to traverse westward over the Mindanao-Visayas area, continuing to bring scattered light to moderate rain showers and thunderstorms. Fair weather will persist in Luzon, except for isolated afternoon rain showers or thunderstorms.
GALE WARNING
The eastern seaboards of the Visayas and Mindanao already encounter wind speeds of 52- 63 km/h (28 – 34 kts). The sea is rough to very rough. Wave height is 3.4 to 4.5 meters.
