Bopha 04-12-2012

Super Typhoon BOPHA / Pablo has significantly changed its track. It is now moving much more south. It seems to become a Sendong #2.

Super Typhoon BOPHA / Pablo has made landfall over Baganga, Davao Oriental.

In Camiguin we have passed a quiet night. Heavy rain and strong winds started around 06:30 AM. Now the sky is dark gray. It is raining. Wind is strong, but not yet a storm. There have been several short brown-outs since 07:15 this morning. At this very moment we run on batteries.

Nearly all agencies modified their forecast and preview a track more south. The new track fatally remembers the one of Sendong a year ago.
