Tropical Storm LEEPI / Emong moving away, new Depression forming

While Tropical Storm LEEPI / Emong is moving towards Japan with 25 km/h a new Low Pressure Area is forming west of the Philippines.

The new Tropical Depression is slowly moving north-northeast. The Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) forecasts a turn towards northwest. The Tropical Depression will get stronger with a central pressure going down from 1002 hPa to 996 hPa.
