Typhoon BOPHA / Pablo – Update 04:00 PM on December 04, 2012

Typhoon BOPHA / Pablo is now moving towards Siquijor and southern Negros. In Camiguin the wind is down to nearly zero. It still rains at medium quantity.
We have not yet got information from Cagayan de Oro. Electrical power is out since 09:30 AM. We are running on our generator and are using a 3G network.
The multi-agency forecast is now much delayed. We did adjust the black back-track.
JMA is again very fast. Unfortunately they only update their maps every 3 hours.
