First Floods hit central Mindanao
Floods destroy embankments of a river isolating some of the villages in San Fernando, Bukidnon on Tuesday. Intermittent rains triggered flooding in barangays Kibungcod, Namnam, Iglugsad and Magkalungay, catching some residents unprepared.
