Flights from Cebu to Camiguin – 3 times per week

It’s true! Cebu Pacific flies 3 times per week from Cebu to Camiguin and back.
This morning we celebrated the first flight. Touch down had been on 07:06 hours.

A big crowd, a band and dancers prepared a hearty welcome to the first passengers. The CEB crew had been very nervous. I never saw so many people running. Each staff position had been triple: 1. the executing staff – 2. a supervisor of the staff – 3. a supervisor of the supervisor of the staff. 

At least 40 of the orange CEB ants crowded newly painted airport terminal building. Lots of PNP officers and helpers tried to keep the crowd under control.

Among the passengers flying from Camiguin to Cebu were Sabine from Camiguin Volcan Beach Eco Retreat & Dive Resort who accompanied her mom and Uli from the Camiguin Action Geckos.

We hope that this 3 weekly flights to and from Camiguin will last for a very very long time!
