EDSA is still affected by a gutter-level flood on P. Tuazon. Motorists heading northbound are advised to take C-5 instead of EDSA.
Floods were also reported on the EDSA Shrine near the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration office on Ortigas Avenue, Mandaluyong City.

Traffic also crawled on Aurora Boulevard Tunnel (southbound) due to floods.
Earlier, around 4:30 p.m., the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority informed traffic was heavy on the following areas due to floods:
• Between Sucat and Bicutan on the South Luzon Expressway;
• Between Greenmeadows and Eastwood in Libis, Quezon City;
• Between Aurora Boulevard and Miriam College;
• Between Harrison and Taft Avenue;
• Between Tramo and Malibay;
• Between Magallanes and P.Tuazon; and
• Between Monte de Piedad and Nepa Q Mart
• Between EDSA-Pioneer and Shaw Boulevard
