PAGASA publishes flood warning
The very rainy weather of the last 2 days brought a lot of water to the southern Visayas and northern Mindanao. This rainy weather will persist for some more days.
This is why PAGASA said the tail-end of the cold front will continue to bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in Visayas and Northern Mindanao.
We have hoisted a red alert signal for floods over the following regions:
Samar provinces
Leyte provinces
Bohol island
Siquijor island
Surigao provinces
Agusan provinces
