Tropical Storm “JELAWAT / Lawin” has again intensified and is now a Severe Tropical Storm.

“JELAWAT / Lawin” is now slowly moving North at 1 to 3 km/h. The center keeps a distance of 500 km from the nearest Philippine islands.
