Tropical Depression north-west of Guam
A Tropical Depression north west of Guam is developing. There is no immediate danger for the Philippine islands.
This tropical depression will move north before reaching PAR (the Philippines Area of Responsibility). It will head towards Japan, but probably will disperse over the Pacific ocean.
The probability that its outer rainbands will touch the Philippines is nil or extremely low.
Direct flights from the USA to the Philippines might be delayed by 30 to 45 minutes.
