Tropical Storm RUMBIA/Gorio is moving out in the West Philippine Sea at a speed of 30 km/h. Fortunately no fatalities are to be declared in the Philippines.

The Vietnamese cargo vessel “Minh Tuan 68” had been pushed on shore near San Roque in Legazpi City, Albay.
The Philippine Coast Guard said on its Twitter account that there were 13,016 people stranded in major ports as of 7 a.m. 293 families or 1,465 people are staying in nine evacuation centers.
Two Cebu Pacific flights between Manila and San Jose in Mindoro were canceled due to RUMBIA/Gorio.
