Tropical Storm RUMBIA/Gorio gained a little bit of strength as it passed very near Donsol, Sorsogon. It is now heading towards Ragay Gulf, Southern Quezon and Metro Manila. Rainbands spreading across Bicol Region, Central and Southern Luzon including Northern Visayas.
