Tropical Storm RUMBIA/Gorio gained a little bit of strength as it passed very near Donsol, Sorsogon. It is now heading towards Ragay Gulf, Southern Quezon and Metro Manila. Rainbands spreading across Bicol Region, Central and Southern Luzon including Northern Visayas.

As of 7:30 p.m. today, the center of Tropical Storm RUMBIA/Gorio was located very near Legazpi City. It is currently moving west-northwest with a decreased forward speed of 20 km/h in the general direction of Ragay Gulf and Southern Quezon.
