Tropical Storm WASHI / Sendong now heading towards Palawan
Tropical Storm WASHI / Sendong left Mindanao after leaving hundreds of dead in the cities of Cagayan de Oro and Iligan. It is approaching at this moment the coast of Palawan.
The big problem is not the wind but the big amounts of water the storm is carrying. Get off from the rivers and the downhill settlements!
PAGASA maintains storm signals for Negros, Coron and Palawan.
Here in Camiguin we had a friendly and sunny Saturday. No major damages were reported and electricity is back again.
