Tropical Storm USAGI / Odette is almost stationary and got stronger
Tropical Storm USAGI / Odette is almost stationary and got stronger. The storm enhances the south-west monsoon (Habagat), bringing mostly cloudy and breezy conditions. Rain and thunderstorms are to be expected all over the Visayas and southern Luzon.
The storm track from JMA shows that Tropical Storm USAGI / Odette is currently moving southwest. But the general direction will soon again be northwest.
The different forecast models result in a convergent track. While PAGASA has lifted their Storm Signals the UN GDACS issued a Red Alert.
