People ask me often about our landslide warnings. Most tourists cannot imagine what it means. Landslide? What is sliding?
Our northern neighbors in Taiwan caught a movie that does not tell a story – it makes you freezing.
The pictures had been taken on August 30, when the Tropical Storm KONG-REY / Nando passed over the north of Taiwan.
