Tropical Storm KONG-REY / Nando is moving North. The storm has slightly accelerated northward with no change in strength. At 11:00 a.m. Tropical Storm KONG-REY / Nando was located over the North Philippine Sea, about 185 km east-northeast of Santa Ana, Cagayan and 235 km southeast of Basco, Batanes.
PAGASA declares the follwing storm warnings:

Signal No. 1 (65-60 km/h winds)

– Calayan
– Babuyan Group of Islands
