Super Typhoon USAGI / Odette had a bit weakened down to category 4 before making landfall in Itbayat, Batanes Islands.
At 7:00 a.m. the storm ran over Itbayat with wind speeds of 215 km/h and gusts up to 250 km/h.
Super Typhoon USAGI / Odette is now running towards Hong Kong at a forward speed of 19 km/h.
