Being frustrated about weather forecast and weather data is one thing. Doing it better is the other solution.
What we can give you by now is:
There is an LPA developing north-east of Guam (red). During the last 24 hours it got better organized. We think there is a 60% chance that it develops into a tropical cyclone (at least TD) within 24 to 48 hours. This LPA will not hit the Philippines. It will go north early.
There are also 2 tropical waves (TW-1 and TW-2) in yellow color that need our attention. They are low. This means they are near to the equator and might move north when approaching the Philippines.
