We are experiencing rain bursts in Camiguin. They last only a few minutes but are rather strong. The center of the depression is now moving northwest over Mindanao. Winds are moderate.
Above track forecast from JMA shows the position this morning at 08:00 PST. Meanwhile the depression is crossing over Mindanao.
